Refund policy

Upon safe return of any item in its original condition I will happily issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I must be informed within 14 days of its arrival at your delivery address (or collection of parcel from delivery office). Refunding p&p costs for either posting to you or returning back to me will not be covered by myself unless the mistake is on my part.
