Shipping & Collection

All shipping rates within the U.K. are based on Royal Mail 48 Signed For delivery service unless you choose 24.

International shipping rates are based on Royal Mails International Tracked service rates (for small parcels) which are broken down into world zones. Shipping charged at checkout may appear a little over actual cost (the checkout has packaging weight added to it for every item you add), at time of posting any overpayment will be refunded and you will only be charged the actual cost plus packaging.

 Once posted (we aim to post within 3-7 working days) you will be provided with a tracking number via email once posted.

New - collect in store at our workshop at Rother Valley Country Park! Use code: Collectsat for following Saturday order collection in person during checkout online for a zero shipping rate. Order must be collected on the Saturday following from our studio shop. If you are unable to collect your order for any reason and it needs to be posted postage will then need to be covered by yourself or I can cancel the order. Thank you!
