Summer Special ~ 100% NSW Falkland yarn

A small batch for our summer special update comes this beautiful 100% non-Superwash Falkland yarn.

Hand picked fleeces spun from a high quality wool flock raised and sheered in the beautiful surroundings of the Falkland Islands. Well known for having a good body, a bit of lustre and a small amount of crimp. This is a very bouncy to woollen spun yarn quite different from our usual fingering yarns. Please swatch before starting your project.

Ready to Ship

This is a non-Superwash yarn and as such we highly recommend the use of a wool specific soap to wash gently in cool water, do not wash in a machine or felting of the yarn will occur.

We recommend the use of a skein winder/swift to hold your yarn at the correct tension whilst caking your skeins to avoid unnecessary tangles in the yarn.
