Join us on our journey through the frozen landscape of Lapland to discover a wilderness full of life and colour. Our advent box will reveal a new colour day by day as we explore the Arctic tundra in yarn form together. Create a beautiful knitted wrap to chart your journey through the mountains and snow from beginning to end using Ambah O’Briens Lamina wrap pattern that’s included with your yarn (b&w photo is for pattern reference only and not representative of our advent yarn).
This year’s base options are fingering only (we do have a DK option in our weekly advent 100g skeins) as determined by the wrap pattern, however there’s no pressure to use it if you already have another pattern in mind or alternatively you can choose a pattern of your own choice. The yarn will be dyed as a fade this year and your advent box will come complete with a Snow White 100g skein of yarn in your base of choice to complete the wrap with a small gift to open Christmas Day. We’re delighted to be changing our boxes to a recycled Kraft box this year featuring stamped images by Nura from Noolibird. It will contain 24 smaller Kraft boxes to open each day during advent.
